"Cabana Julz" was born an imaginative, spunky, free-spirited little girl. She is from the Nashville, Tennessee area. Julie visited Florida the first time in the early 1980’s. Her parents frequented the Gulf Coast and Daytona Beach area with she and her brother, Shea. For "Julie Bird" Julz, those pink houses stole her heart instantly. Today, they are her livelihood, her pot of gold.

Long known as an expressive, uninhibited and unconventional thinker, believer and creator, she foreran her vision to permanently live on the Florida-Alabama Gulf Coast in 2017. As an artist and designer she answers to “Julz," "Cabana Julz," also often being called "Julie Bird" (a childhood term of endearment) and "H2OJulz" due to her love for the water and all things coastal-nautical.
Her multiplied passion for fine art, luxury design, spear-headed entrepreneurship and real estate investing has consistently grown into a complimentary and unique flourishing business module now known as Cabana Julz, LLC.

Dreams realized, in 2022 Julz joined her RE/MAX of Orange Beach professional home, owned and brokered by Patrick Daily. Her sunshine and fire is found along the Florida & Alabama Gulf Coast, as she longed for since she was a child, first exposed to such surreal magic . She regularly refers business to her home state of Tennessee. Investment locations include but are not limited to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Key, Pensacola, Fort Walton, Navarre, SEASIDE, 30A, and Panama City Beach. Her main reach is from Mobile Bay, AL to Panama City Beach, FL and all the in-betweens.

She is a licensed Broker in Florida, Alabama and Tennessee. Julz also holds a Community Association Manager license in the state of Florida.
